With the agreement of a simple majority of the Club's members, a Club may wish to advocate with elected representatives at any level for improvements or support for those over 80. If, in the future, a club wishes to create a Foundation, bylaws will have to be created to ensure that advocacy is constrained by the laws governing charities.
